Product Advantages
A wearable rehabilitation system integrating intention-driven smart sensing, targeted NMES, mechanical assistance and cloud-based remote management for continuous upper-limb rehabilitation, especially for wrist and finger recovery.
Early bedside training, continued community-based rehabilitation after discharge, and remote clinician monitoring — creating an integrated care pathway from hospital to community to remote care.
-
Multi-joint active rehabilitation training to support motor relearning and functional recovery.
-
Personalised, adaptive multi-modal assistance with remote progress tracking.
-
Continuous rehabilitation from early bedside training to post-discharge care, with reduced cross-infection risk.
For patients:
-
Releases clinical manpower from one-to-one manual training for higher-value care, while supporting parallel patient management to expand rehabilitation service coverage.
-
Supports continuous care across in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
-
Cost-efficient, Energy-efficient, Easy to operate.

Working Principle
The device detects the patient’s residual surface electromyography (sEMG) signals from the affected limb. These signals reflect the patient’s voluntary motor intention. When the system identifies an intended movement, it triggers rehabilitation assistance to help the patient complete wrist and finger extension or flexion training. Mobilexo Arm then applies targeted neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) to activate the relevant nerve-muscle pathway and evoke muscle contraction. At the same time, the wearable pneumatic module provides mechanical assistance to support joint movement. This combination helps patients participate actively in training rather than relying only on passive movement.
